Mike checked everything and fixed the softener, it wasn’t regenerating. Today Matt came to check the water tds and made some more adjustments to the system, there will be a follow up visit in few days and he will check whether the adjustment he did is working or not.

We’ve used All Florida Soft Water several times and have always been impressed with their service. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. We’ve hired them for our home water softener, an under-sink reverse osmosis system, and most recently, to install a reverse osmosis system at our office. Every experience has been excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend them!

Dan (salesman) came out the day before and explain the cost, the benefits and the timing of the project. He was very easy to deal with. Logan (technician) came out the very next day and performed a very quick, professional & clean installation. It only took around 30 minutes and he let me know as soon as he completed the work. He also took the time afterwards to explain the system and answered all my questions that I had regarding the equipment. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend purchasing a soft water system from All Florida Soft Water.

Amazing job! Shane was our point of contact to get everything scheduled and helped us pick out which water softener worked best for our household. We live in a HOA/townhome community so he knew exactly what to say so we can get HOA approval. Matt and Logan were our installers. They were on-time, fast, clean and professional. They had to dig a trench and some trees out for the piping and they put everything back good as new. Another thing that stood out was how they zip tied all pipes and wiring to baseboards so it looks seamless. Matt throughly explained the product after install so we didn’t have any questions. Will recommend this company to all family, friends and clients!

Had a water softener installed at my new home Saturday by All Florida Soft Water. Professional job and works fantastic! I’m very particular and watched over the installer’s shoulder the entire time, and it was a great install job. I DID NOT have the loop that the builder installs for big bucks when you purchase your home – NOT NEEDED. Call Dave Today – you won’t be disappointed.

Very happy with All Florida Soft Water!
My home has artesian well water and I had lived with an ineffective and unreliable softening/purification system since my house was built 10 years ago. The frustration of having to get the system serviced periodically motivated me to look for a better system. Glad I did.

Owners Dave and Glenn Copp quickly diagnosed the problems inherent with my existing system and made recommendations for improvement. Basically the system was “undersized” for my home and the PVC plumbing (aside from looking like a creation from a Dr. Seuss book) had unnecessary restrictions limiting maximum water flow.

I absolutely love the water softener. Amazing difference and I love my hair now also. The dishes come out of the dishwasher so clean now… not cloudy. We gave our shower a good cleaning the day after we got the softener so we could evaluate how quickly we would see the white build up on the tile and so far… NONE! My skin feels softer and our water tastes so great. We are loving it and thinking why didn’t we do this sooner? Grin! Anyhow, give Dave a call and see what he can do.
