We were referred to All Florida Soft Water by our neighbors. We called them in April for a quote. The came out for a consultation and told us they needed an electric outlet at the proposed site. Once the electricity was added, they came back when requested an installed the water treatment system. A seamless process. We were very happy with them.

Installation was about an hour and the softener was immediately effective. Difference in water was very noticeable by all in the household. The softener is quiet and the only thing I need to do is watch the salt level and that is not an issue. As this is the first time I felt a need for a water softener the unit is very efficient and has a great warranty. Our salesman, Mike, was great. He answered all questions and I would recommend All Florida Soft Water when considering a water softener.

Great experience from the start. Michael reached out while away on vacation. Answered all of my questions and got us set up and installed with a new unit the same day. In and out in an hour. Very reasonably priced and service has def stood out.

Excellent service!! Colton was efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home for service!
He also pointed out that I was watering our new sod with soft water!! As it turned out when we moved in and contracted your company for service I spoke with the installers when they were here to install the equipment that I wanted the outside hose bibs to bypass the soft water. I was told by the installers that they had bypassed the exterior water when they completed their service.
As it turns out, Colton pointed out to me how to bypass the softener when I needed to water the new sod or add water to the pool.
Sad story, great tech in Colton and in the future I will now know how to water grass/ sod and add water to the pool AND bypass the softener.
Thank you for your excellent service, without which, I would never know how to bypass the softener and not use an awful amount of salt!

We ran into a couple issues regarding the placement, they had to break apart some concrete and problem solve with my electrical source/outlet. Excellent service and my water is delicious. Very happy with All Florida Soft Water!
My home has artesian well water and I had lived with an ineffective and unreliable softening/purification system since my house was built 10 years ago. The frustration of having to get the system serviced periodically motivated me to look for a better system. Glad I did.

Owners Dave and Glenn Copp quickly diagnosed the problems inherent with my existing system and made recommendations for improvement. Basically the system was “undersized” for my home and the PVC plumbing (aside from looking like a creation from a Dr. Seuss book) had unnecessary restrictions limiting maximum water flow.

I absolutely love the water softener. Amazing difference and I love my hair now also. The dishes come out of the dishwasher so clean now… not cloudy. We gave our shower a good cleaning the day after we got the softener so we could evaluate how quickly we would see the white build up on the tile and so far… NONE! My skin feels softer and our water tastes so great. We are loving it and thinking why didn’t we do this sooner? Grin! Anyhow, give Dave a call and see what he can do.
