This company went above and beyond to install the water softener. We ran into a couple issues regarding the placement, they had to break apart some concrete and problem solve with my electrical source/outlet. After the installation, I experienced an issue and reached the owner which was very eager to make a happy customer. 5 months later and I’m super happy with the results of this unit.

We received great service today. Unfortunately, we had been experiencing brown water in the kitchen tap and toilets, after our system would regenerate. After contacting the water company, they informed us that the problem was coming from our water softner and that we should disconnect it and just drink the St Augustine drinking water .. Ugghhhh, no way!!!We contacted All Florida Soft Water, who installed the unit over 11 years ago and Colton found the plastic on the rim seal had been damaged and the recycle process was being hampered. He also replaced the carbon. Replacing the carbon is necessary every 5 years (we were a bit over due) and not cheap, but it will be worth it when the problem is fixed!!

Had a water softener installed at my new home Saturday by All Florida Soft Water. Professional job and works fantastic! I’m very particular and watched over the installer’s shoulder the entire time, and it was a great install job. I DID NOT have the loop that the builder installs for big bucks when you purchase your home – NOT NEEDED. Call Dave Today – you won’t be disappointed.

Very happy with All Florida Soft Water!
My home has artesian well water and I had lived with an ineffective and unreliable softening/purification system since my house was built 10 years ago. The frustration of having to get the system serviced periodically motivated me to look for a better system. Glad I did.

Owners Dave and Glenn Copp quickly diagnosed the problems inherent with my existing system and made recommendations for improvement. Basically the system was “undersized” for my home and the PVC plumbing (aside from looking like a creation from a Dr. Seuss book) had unnecessary restrictions limiting maximum water flow.

I absolutely love the water softener. Amazing difference and I love my hair now also. The dishes come out of the dishwasher so clean now… not cloudy. We gave our shower a good cleaning the day after we got the softener so we could evaluate how quickly we would see the white build up on the tile and so far… NONE! My skin feels softer and our water tastes so great. We are loving it and thinking why didn’t we do this sooner? Grin! Anyhow, give Dave a call and see what he can do.
