We met with Mike and Logan did the installation. Mike was very cordial and answered all of our questions. He was very calm and poised. Not pushy at all. He was very responsive on some of trailing questions via text. We had Logan come and install the very next day. Logan was very professional. Kept the place clean before and after the installation. The installation was seamless and we are very happy with our water filtration system. We availed for the RO and Water Softener. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Now let’s wait and see how the water filtration system performs.

I originally contacted the plumbing company I typically use. They did not want to troubleshoot my water softener. They only wanted to discuss replacement. Out of frustration I contacted Clack directly. They gave me this company’s information. I have to say my experience was fantastic beginning with the first phone call to the completion of the job. They were empathetic about my problem and I was able to get a technician out in a reasonable amount of time. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to get my water softener back operational. Very happy I went with my gut and continued researching to find help. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to someone.

Very happy with All Florida Soft Water!
My home has artesian well water and I had lived with an ineffective and unreliable softening/purification system since my house was built 10 years ago. The frustration of having to get the system serviced periodically motivated me to look for a better system. Glad I did.

Owners Dave and Glenn Copp quickly diagnosed the problems inherent with my existing system and made recommendations for improvement. Basically the system was “undersized” for my home and the PVC plumbing (aside from looking like a creation from a Dr. Seuss book) had unnecessary restrictions limiting maximum water flow.

I absolutely love the water softener. Amazing difference and I love my hair now also. The dishes come out of the dishwasher so clean now… not cloudy. We gave our shower a good cleaning the day after we got the softener so we could evaluate how quickly we would see the white build up on the tile and so far… NONE! My skin feels softer and our water tastes so great. We are loving it and thinking why didn’t we do this sooner? Grin! Anyhow, give Dave a call and see what he can do.
