He was very attentive to our concerns with the low quantity of available reverse osmosis water. The membrane filter and the carbon filter were deemed defective and replaced. Also, the tank was pressurized to factory settings.

Very happy with All Florida Soft Water!
My home has artesian well water and I had lived with an ineffective and unreliable softening/purification system since my house was built 10 years ago. The frustration of having to get the system serviced periodically motivated me to look for a better system. Glad I did.

Owners Dave and Glenn Copp quickly diagnosed the problems inherent with my existing system and made recommendations for improvement. Basically the system was “undersized” for my home and the PVC plumbing (aside from looking like a creation from a Dr. Seuss book) had unnecessary restrictions limiting maximum water flow.

I absolutely love the water softener. Amazing difference and I love my hair now also. The dishes come out of the dishwasher so clean now… not cloudy. We gave our shower a good cleaning the day after we got the softener so we could evaluate how quickly we would see the white build up on the tile and so far… NONE! My skin feels softer and our water tastes so great. We are loving it and thinking why didn’t we do this sooner? Grin! Anyhow, give Dave a call and see what he can do.
